This policy explains how Abyssal Advisory LLC ("we", "us"), the independent owner and operator of this website, together with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008899K) and its salesperson Cynthia Teng (CEA Registration No. R055774B), collects, uses and discloses personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This website is an independently operated marketing site for One Marina Gardens and is not the developer's website.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Abyssal Advisory LLC runs this website and is primarily accountable for how it is built and operated. Personal data you submit is shared with Cynthia Teng and relevant Huttons Asia Pte Ltd staff so they can respond to your enquiry, as part of their role as an appointed marketing agent for the project. Both parties follow this policy when handling your data.

2. What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you provide. These may include your full name, mobile number, email address, preferred unit type, preferred viewing date and time, and any message you send. We also collect limited technical data automatically (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) through the tools listed in Section 6.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry about One Marina Gardens
• To arrange showflat viewing appointments
• To send you a copy of the e-brochure, floor plans and current availability
• To follow up by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry
• To measure and improve our advertising (see Cookies below)
• To detect and prevent spam or fraudulent submissions

We collect and use your personal data based on the consent you give when you tick the consent box on a form and, where applicable, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and preventing abuse of this site. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 9.

5. Who can access your data

Your data is accessed only by Cynthia Teng, other Huttons Asia Pte Ltd staff directly involved in your enquiry where relevant, and the service providers in Section 6 that help run this site. We do not sell your personal data or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

6. Third-party tools and overseas transfer

This site uses the following services. When you submit a form, your data may be processed on servers outside Singapore, under these providers' own privacy policies and the safeguards required by the PDPA's Transfer Limitation Obligation:

• Formspree (form processing): forms on this site are sent to Formspree, Inc., which stores your submission and forwards it to us.
• Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection): Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Google Ads (conversion tracking): used to measure which enquiries came from our ads, subject to your cookie choice.
• Google Maps (location section): loaded only if you tap "Open Google Map", after which Google may set its own cookies.

7. Cookies

• Advertising and conversion cookies (Google Ads): set only after you accept the cookie notice. They measure which enquiries came from our ads and may be used to show relevant ads to past visitors. They are blocked by default under Google Consent Mode until you accept.
• Map cookies (Google Maps): set only if you open the map.
• reCAPTCHA cookies (Google): set when you use a form, to tell people apart from bots.
• Form cookies (Formspree): technical cookies needed to submit forms and block spam.

We don't use cookies for any other purpose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or decline non-essential cookies using the notice on this site. You can still browse the site, but ad conversion measurement will stop and the map may not load.

8. How long we keep data

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, usually for the duration of the One Marina Gardens sales and marketing period, or as required by law. After that it is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may withdraw consent, or ask to access or correct your personal data, at any time by contacting us (Section 11). Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond to your enquiry or arrange a viewing.

10. Children

This site is for prospective property buyers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
